‘Wide Neck’ Charles McDowell is back in the news.
You might remember him from 2018 when he blew up over the internet because of his mugshot that showed off his very wide neck. He got so popular his Instagram gained 1 million followers. and like most people when they get famous, he tried his hand at music with a foray in rap music.
Well, McDowell was recently arrest on charges of withholding child support, as well as for aggravated stalking. Because he booked into jail we get a new mugshot featuring that wide neck.
