Sherri Papini, who was previously convicted of fabricating her own kidnapping, will share her side of the story in a new Investigation Discovery docuseries. Papini had initially claimed she was abducted while jogging, saying she was branded and forced to use a litter box. She was later sentenced to 18 months in prison for orchestrating a hoax and making false statements. This case has already inspired various adaptations, including a Lifetime movie and a Hulu docuseries that earned 3.6 million views within a week. ID president Jason Sarlanis, said the network will allow Papini to tell her story in her own words. The series will premiere in 2025. (UPI)
