Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster apparently confirmed their relationship with a public dinner date in L.A. The rumored couple, who co-starred in The Music Man, arrived together, held hands, and were seen smiling and chatting.


Paris Jackson celebrated five years of sobriety in an Instagram post, showing off her collection of sobriety chips (and partying memories) after giving up alcohol and heroin. “It’s because I’m sober that I get to smile today,” she wrote.


Richard Cohen, former CNN and CBS News producer and husband of Today anchor Meredith Vieira, passed away at 76 after a two-month battle with pneumonia. Cohen had lived with multiple sclerosis for over five decades.


Jacob Elordi is in discussions to star in Ridley Scott’s post-apocalyptic thriller, The Dog Stars. He will be taking over from Paul Mescal due to scheduling conflicts. The film is based on Peter Heller’s 2012 novel of the same name.


Disney+ has greenlit a pilot for a TV series adaptation of Louis Sachar’s novel Holes, following a teenage girl sent to a detention camp (for a crime she didn’t commit) where campers are forced to dig holes by a ruthless Warden.


Stephen Colbert will air a special Sunday episode of The Late Show on January 26 after the AFC Championship Game as part of CBS premiere week. It will follow the debut of the new series Watson and lead into The Equalizer.
