On Thursday, The City of Bloomington announced that Grossinger Motors Arena would join the growing number of arenas in the county and go the way of cashless for forms of payment. The change will occur May 1, 2024.
Guests can pay via card or mobile payment inside the arena. Forms of payments accepted at parking facilities as well as merchandise areas may still vary per event.
“We are looking to create a safer, more streamlined environment for patrons to enjoy entertainment in, and this is a step toward that goal. We appreciate the community’s patience as we perfect the fan experience at our venues, and we look forward to seeing you soon!” said Anthony Nelson, Director of Arts & Entertainment in a release from the City of Bloomington.
